Adam Davis is the founder and principal of DHM Research, with offices in Portland, Seattle and Washington, D.C. For almost 40 years, he has been conducting opinion research across the nation, employing both focus groups and surveys. His clients, in addition to foundations and companies, have included the Tennessee Valley Authority, the U.S. Forest Service and a number of education organizations in Oregon, including the Portland public schools.
Davis also directed the 1992, 2002 and 2013 Oregon Values and Beliefs studies and the 2015 National Values and Beliefs Across Generations study. He directs research projects for National Public Radio's northwest affiliates and for Oregon Business magazine's compilations of best companies and nonprofits to work for.
Davis is a graduate of Portland State University and the University of Oregon School of Law, where he was director of the Interviewing Skill Project.
