Brian C. Willis is a Florida attorney with Shumaker, Loop, and Kendrick and a transportation advocate. He works with local governments on transportation issues and with real-estate owners, associations, landlords, investors, government agencies and others on property-related matters.
Willis founded and led the grassroots transportation advocacy group Connect Tampa Bay. He has served on advisory committees for the Tampa Bay Area Regional Transportation Authority and the Metropolitan Planning Organization for Tampa and Hillsborough County. He received his law degree from George Washington University and his bachelor's degree in economics and philosophy from Florida State University.
