Chelsea Collier is the founder of Digi.City, which advocates for policies and programs that create more connected, equitable and accessible communities. She also serves as the editor-at-large for Smart Cities Connect. Her previous experience includes work in state-government economic development, social enterprise, tech startups and small business.
Collier was a University of Manchester Simon Industrial and Professional Fellow in 2019, a Marshall Memorial Fellow in 2018 and an Eisenhower Fellow in 2016. She holds master's and bachelor's degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.
