Denise Turner Roth, who served as administrator of the U.S. General Services Administration from February 2015 to January 2017, is a senior adviser at WSP USA, assisting public- and private-sector clients with buildings, infrastructure and energy projects. She also is a former city manager of Greensboro, N.C., where she previously served as vice president for governmental affairs at the Greensboro Partnership.
Roth, who earned her bachelor's degree in political science and government from George Mason University, received an honorary doctorate from the university in recognition of her 20 years of public service. She is a fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration.
