Jeffrey Lubell is the director of housing and community initiatives at Abt Associates. Before joining Abt, he was the executive director of the nonprofit Center for Housing Policy and earlier served as director of the Policy Development Division in the Office of Policy Development and Research at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. A former Fulbright Scholar, he holds a law degree from Harvard University.
