Joe Semsar, a former Teach for America corps member and staff member, is an organization-transformation consultant in Deloitte's federal government human capital practice, where he has worked with defense and civilian clients on large-scale transformation efforts.
In addition to his experience in education, Semsar has led research and consulting projects for national nonprofits and charitable funds with the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his master's degree in public administration from the University of Pennsylvania, with an emphasis on the intersection between education and economic development.
