Katherine Hillenbrand is a project manager for the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovations' Data-Smart City Solutions program at the Harvard Kennedy School.
Hillenbrand holds a bachelor’s degree in European studies from Amherst College and studied at the University of Gottingen in Germany. She served as a research assistant while in college and interned at the National Coalition for the Homeless.
