Kim Callinan has served since February 2018 as the chief executive officer of Compassion & Choices, the nation's largest, most active and oldest nonprofit organization that advocates for expanding and improving health care options at the end of life. Previously, she served as the organization's chief program officer.
Callinan holds a master's degree in public policy from Georgetown University, a graduate certificate in public health from the University of South Florida and a bachelor’s degree in government from Oberlin College. She also holds a certificate in the fundamentals of gerontology through a joint program offered by the American Society on Aging and the University of Southern California's Leonard Davis School of Gerontology.
