Kyle McPhee is director of preparedness programs for Hagerty Consulting, a national emergency-management consulting firm. He has worked with a wide range of public- and private-sector organizations in the areas of emergency management, homeland security, business continuity and public-health preparedness.
McPhee's expertise includes planning, training and exercises related to emergency response, catastrophic incidents, mission-ready packages, mass care, and evacuation, and he has been instrumental in the development of hundreds of emergency-management plans and policies at various levels of government. He holds a master's of science degree in biosecurity and disaster preparedness from Saint Louis University.
