Nicholas Souza is a tax analyst in the Tax Policy Division of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. Previously he practiced tax and estate planning law as a solo attorney.
Souza earned his bachelor's degree in science, technology and society from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his law degree from the University of Oregon. He also holds a master of laws in taxation degree from Georgetown University.
