As the International City/County Management Association's director of performance initiatives, Randall H. Reid sets the vision and strategic direction for the ICMA Center for Performance Analytics. He has 40 years of experience in local government, serving as county manager in Alachua, Martin and Sarasota counties in Florida and as city manager of Green River, Wyo., and Titusville, Fla.
Reid also has served as president of the Florida City and County Management Association and the Great Open Spaces City Management Association and on the boards of the Florida League of Cities, the Alliance for Innovation and the Florida Association of Counties Foundation.
Reid holds a master of public administration degree from the University of Dayton and a bachelor's degree in public administration from Miami University in Ohio. He currently serves as practitioner in residence at the University of Florida's Bob Graham Center for Public Service, which focuses on civic engagement and education.
