Rebecca Schwartz is a research analyst with MDRC's Center for Applied Behavioral Science, where she manages the federal Behavioral Interventions to Advance Self-Sufficiency-Next Generation project. She also leads behavioral diagnosis and design trainings for state and local organizations.
Before joining MDRC, Schwartz conducted public-health research with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, oversaw arts-education programs in the New York City public schools, and implemented health projects with the Peace Corps in Guatemala. She holds a master's degreee in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
