Steven D. Zansberg, a partner in the Denver office of Levine Sullivan Koch & Schulz LLP, represents national and local news media, journalists and other information disseminators in all aspects of media law, including securing access to government proceedings and records. He also serves as the president of the Colorado Freedom of Information Coalition.
Zansberg was the principal author of the Media Law Resource Center’s model policy on police body-worn camera footage He also served on a statewide study group that provided recommendations to Colorado’s legislature on the deployment of police body cameras in the state.
Zansberg, who received his law degree from Yale University, is a past chair of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Communications Law.
