Tarik Kitson, a health care administrator at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, is executive director and co-founder of Active Plus, a New York City-based nonprofit providing free fitness and health education to students and families.
Kitson, who was a four-year collegiate basketball star and recipient of many education accolades and community activism awards, earned his master's degree in public health from Columbia University.
