Tiffany Dovey Fishman

Tiffany Dovey Fishman is a senior manager with Deloitte Services LP, where she is responsible for research and thought leadership for Deloitte’s public sector industry practice. Her research focuses on the impact of emerging issues in technology, business and society on public, private and nonprofit organizations.

Fishman has written extensively on a wide range of public policy and management issues and is the co-author of Letting Go of the Status Quo: a Playbook for Transforming State Government and States of Transition. Her work has appeared in a number of publications, including Public CIO, Government Technology and the Wall Street Journal. She also serves as an advisor to GovLab, a think tank focused on developing innovative yet practical ways in which governments can transform the way they deliver services.

Fishman holds a B.A. in philosophy and public health and community medicine from the University of Washington and a master's degree in public policy from George Washington University.
