Tony Andersen serves as the public information officer for the Oregon Department of Forestry. A resident of Milwaukie, Ore., he also serves on the Milwaukie Parks Board and on the District Advisory Board for the Clackamas County Commission.
In previous roles he has led communications for state education initiatives, consulted on public-opinion and messaging strategy, and worked in a policy role for Metro, the Portland regional government. He received his bachelor's degree in public policy from the University of Oregon and a master's degree in writing and strategic communication from Portland State University.
