David Barth

David Barth has more than 40 years of experience working with state governments focused on financial management solutions and advisory services, and has been with Grant Thornton for six years. His primary focus has been on grants management support and compliance monitoring as part of risk advisory services. At Grant Thornton, he assists multiple state governments with disaster recovery activities, FEMA compliance monitoring and CARES Act support, and he leads an integration team of FEMA public assistance experts and HHS health-care specialists. Before joining Grant Thornton, he was the director of budget and finance for the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
