Joe Coletti writes and works to improve government and the social sector. He most recently was the deputy director of the North Carolina Government Efficiency and Reform initiative, a data-driven effort to improve state government.
Coletti previously developed health-care and fiscal-policy alternatives for state governments, connecting policy experts and working with legislators to improve program outcomes. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and an M.A. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies with a focus on international finance.
