Tamara S. Letourneau, assistant chief executive officer of Costa Mesa, Calif., and treasurer of the League of Women in Government, has over 27 years of local-government experience in six communities, including serving as city manager of Yorba Linda and Sierra Madre, Calif. Before joining the city of Costa Mesa, she was a senior manager with the consulting firm Management Partners.
Letourneau is an adjunct professor at California State Polytechnic University at Pomona and the University of La Verne and has been a frequent speaker at workshops and conferences on local-government issues. She received her master’s degree in public administration from California State University at Long Beach.
