The number of people who have died in Fulton County, Ga., custody in the span of a month. The most recent death was Samuel Lawrence who was found unresponsive in his cell on Saturday afternoon. Last month the U.S. Department of Justice opened a civil rights investigation into the county’s jail conditions.
