The percentage of U.S. workers who say that they use all of their vacation days. Those who don’t take all of their time say it’s because they don’t need it, they worry about falling behind at work or feel badly about co-workers carrying their load; some even think that taking vacation could hurt their chances for promotions or cost them their job.
