The number of states that have filed a challenge to the Biden administration’s student loan cancellation program. Nebraska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and South Carolina are looking for an immediate pause on the program as the Biden administration has indicated it will start canceling loan balances as early as next week.
