South Dakota Sen. Tim Johns, regarding the successful impeachment of state Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg after Ravnsborg struck and killed a pedestrian while he was driving in September 2020. The state Senate voted 24-9 and 31-2 in favor of both articles of impeachment against the attorney general; Johns voted against both articles of impeachment.
