Erin Christensen, of Maddock, N.D., regarding her arrest and the euthanasia of a wild raccoon, that Christensen had named Rocky, after Christensen brought Rocky into a bar and prompted state health officials to issue a warning about potential rabies exposure. It is illegal to keep a wild racoon under North Dakota Board of Animal Health laws. Christensen is charged with misdemeanor counts which could amount to two years in jail and $7,500 in fines.
