The amount a person could be fined for wearing political t-shirts or accessories at or near Texas voting locations.

Voters who wear political attire will be asked to either turn their shirts inside out or leave accessories in their vehicles; if they refuse, they can be charged with a Class C misdemeanor. Voters are allowed to wear political shirts supporting a candidate or measure as long as they do not appear on the ballot in the current election.
