State CIO David Behen says that despite some negative perceptions of the technology, the move is exciting.
By 2018, 80 percent of Michigan's technology infrastructure will be in the cloud, according to state CIO David Behen, who spoke with Government Technology at the 2015 Michigan Digital Government Summit in Lansing.
