In Michigan, agencies are working with private-sector partners to determine how best to bring data together so officials can use it to do positive things, said state CIO David Behen, who spoke with Government Technology at the 2015 Michigan Digital Government Summit in Lansing.

Behen also spoke about how to use data to predict where we can go in the future -- and use that data to promote and push services to citizens.
